Kevin, Kathleen and family, Marie and I are truly sorry for the loss of your loved one. We met him at Kevin's graduation party and I remember how much we enjoyed listening to his stories about his work and all the cool things he had done in his life. I could only hope that we all have fond memories to share about our own lives with friends and family like Al did. Sincerely, Sonya and Marie |

To the Family of Mr. Morriss, Please know that your father walking his Blondie provided many smiles for passers-by. I always enjoyed seeing him with his dog and would wave to him from my car. He was a Norman Rockwell-like figure who provided, for a brief moment, a respite from the ills of the world. There was just something heart-warming about seeing an elderly gentleman walking his sweet dog. I thank your father for the memories and will miss seeing him in the College Street area of town. I hope Blondie will have a good, new home. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Carol Lee Shankel |

To the family of Albert Morriss Jr.
Please accept my sincere sympathy for your loss. My wife, Ellen, daughter, Maren, and I lived across the street from Barbara and Al back in 1995-96 on Wesley Street. We were blessed to know both of them. Al Morriss was truly a quiet, elegant gentleman who will be missed in Newnan.
Best Regards John Ehrenhard

To the Family of Albert E. Morriss Jr. I have known your father since we were in junior high school in Newburgh. I have fond memories of the stories that we talked about when we were young. In the past few years we became reacquainted and I enjoyed our conversations and the few times he visited the area. I attended his class reuinion with him last summer and we had a wonderful time. I'm so happy I went. We saw so many of our "old" friends. It was a great day. I would like to extend my condolences to his entire family. He spoke so highly of all of you. I know you will miss him dearly.
With sympathy, Connie Mills Betts

my family Steve, Marie, Jennifer and Matt lived on the corner of Wesley and College Street. My children took piano lessons from your mother. One day when my son was about 9 years old, he called me at work and said "don't worry mom, Mrs. Morriss said we would have my piano lesson later." He told me it was more important to help pull a small abondoned puppy out from under a car and help bath her. She was completely covered in oil. that little dog is Blondie. She was a good friend to our dog Guiness. Mr. Morriss will be missed.
sincerely
